Opravdu hodn\u011b m\u011b to mrz\u00ed, ale co s t\u00edm m\u00e1m d\u011blat?Jednozna\u010dn\u011b, kdy\u017e n\u011bjak\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk u\u017e onemocn\u00ed, tak s\u00a0t\u00edm nejde u\u017e nic ud\u011blat, s t\u00edm \u010dlov\u011bk u\u017e nic nezm\u016f\u017ee, proto je nejlep\u0161\u00ed, kdy\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk za\u010dne o sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed pe\u010dovat opravdu co nejd\u0159\u00edve, tak\u017ee opravdu \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1\u00a0p\u0159em\u00edra alkoholu, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 kou\u0159en\u00ed a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 drogy. J\u00e1 j\u00edm kyselinu hyaluronovou. Tak\u00e9 zinek a vitam\u00edn B. Tak\u00e9 samoz\u0159ejm\u011b multivitamin.
