Pokud se jedn\u00e1 o prvn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpad, pak p\u0159ihl\u00e1sit jej do klubu, ze kter\u00e9ho vych\u00e1z\u00ed profesion\u00e1lov\u00e9 a kde je tvrd\u00fd tr\u00e9nink mu onen sport velmi snadno znechut\u00ed.Uva\u017eovat mus\u00edme tak\u00e9 o tom, \u017ee sport je jist\u011b zdrav\u00fd, av\u0161ak pouze v\u00a0ur\u010dit\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e. Sta\u010d\u00ed se jen pod\u00edvat, kolik profesion\u00e1ln\u00edch sportovc\u016f m\u00e1 ji\u017e ve v\u011bku kolem 40 let v\u00a0podstat\u011b zni\u010den\u00e9 t\u011blo. Jist\u011b, byli po n\u011bjakou dobu slavn\u00ed, brali velk\u00e9 pen\u00edze, ale zaplatili za to sv\u00fdm zdrav\u00edm. A jeliko\u017e je nutn\u00e9 se na profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed kari\u00e9ru p\u0159ipravovat ji\u017e v\u00a0ml\u00e1d\u00ed, je pochopiteln\u00e9, \u017ee zde le\u017e\u00ed odpov\u011bdnost p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na rodi\u010d\u00edch, jak sv\u00e9ho potomka povedou. Ne\u017e tedy sv\u00e9ho syna \u010di dceru n\u011bkam zap\u00ed\u0161eme, je vhodn\u00e9 se zamyslet nad t\u00edm, co by pro n\u011bj bylo nejlep\u0161\u00ed. Jist\u011b, pohyb je bezesporu zdrav\u00fd, a dne\u0161n\u00ed d\u011bti jej pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed jako s\u016fl.
